Terms of Use

By using Talent X® you agree to these terms. The platform is offered as-is by GDG Aix-en-Provence volunteers to support the local developer community.

1. Eligibility

You must be 16 or older to create an account.

2. Account & content

You are responsible for the accuracy of your profile and any content you publish. Don't impersonate others, post illegal or harmful content, or scrape the platform.

3. Sponsor plans

Paid sponsor plans renew automatically until cancelled. Cancel anytime from your billing settings; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Stripe processes payments on our behalf and collects applicable taxes.

4. Job postings

Sponsors are responsible for the legality and accuracy of each job posting. Discriminatory, fraudulent, or off-topic posts will be removed and may lead to account suspension.

5. Messaging & contact

Direct messaging is reserved for Premium and Epic sponsors. Spam or unsolicited recruiting outside the platform's intent is grounds for suspension.

6. No warranty

The platform is provided "as is". GDG Aix-en-Provence disclaims all warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law and is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or the Code of Conduct. You can delete your account at any time.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law.
