Code of Conduct

Talent X® is a space for the GDG Aix-en-Provence community. We hold ourselves to the same standard of respect and inclusion we expect at our in-person meetups.

Our pledge

We pledge to make participation a harassment-free experience for everyone, regardless of age, body size, disability, ethnicity, gender identity and expression, level of experience, nationality, personal appearance, race, religion, or sexual identity and orientation.

Expected behaviour

• Be kind, welcoming, and patient.
• Be respectful of differing viewpoints and experiences.
• Give and accept constructive feedback gracefully.
• Focus on what is best for the community.

Unacceptable behaviour

• Harassment, intimidation, or discriminatory jokes and language.
• Sexualized language or imagery, and unwelcome sexual attention.
• Trolling, insulting comments, and personal or political attacks.
• Publishing others' private information without their explicit permission.
• Misuse of the messaging system (spam, off-topic recruiting, scams).

Reporting

If you experience or witness behaviour that violates this Code, please report it to conduct@gdgaix.com. All reports are handled confidentially by the GDG Aix organizing team.

Consequences

Organizers may take any action they deem appropriate, including warnings, temporary bans, or permanent removal from the platform.
